On the occasion of Poetry International 2016, Jan Smejkal (CZ) hung a text painting with names of artists and poets in a tree, just opposite gallery PHŒBUS•Rotterdam, Eendrachtsweg 61. Like a flag the panel with texts was waving in the wind. Smejkal also placed 'texy tables'.
It is so unconventional to have a hanging painting in a tree and make a wonderful place to sit, with two text tables, in a garden – or in the meadow, now opposite the ART Rotterdam 2023.
